Welcome to Marah. By using the Marah website, the customer app, the seller app, or our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. About Marah
Marah is a digital marketplace that connects customers with sellers in Saudi Arabia. Customers can browse products, place orders, and choose from the available pickup or delivery options. Sellers can manage their stores, products and orders through the platform.
Marah is a Marketplace platform and does not sell, prepare or deliver products directly, unless stated otherwise.
2. Customer orders
Customers can browse sellers, add products to the cart, and submit an order through the app. Once an order is submitted, the seller can accept it within 5 minutes, or the order may be accepted automatically depending on the seller's settings.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer has 5 minutes to complete payment.
3. Prices and availability
Product prices, availability, delivery fees, pickup options and preparation time are managed by the sellers, and may change from time to time.
Marah aims to display accurate information, but product availability may change before the seller confirms the order.
4. Payment
The customer must complete payment through the payment methods available in the app. Payments may be processed through external payment service providers.
An order may not be fulfilled if payment is not completed within the required time.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup options depend on the seller. Some sellers may offer delivery, pickup from the store, or both.
Where delivery is available, it is managed by the seller unless stated otherwise. The customer must enter correct delivery details.
6. Cancellation and returns
Whether a cancellation or return is possible depends on the order status, the seller's confirmation, the product type, and the platform's policies.
Cancellation or return options may be limited for fresh products once preparation has begun.
7. Seller accounts
The seller is responsible for providing correct business data, and accurate information about the store, the products, prices, availability, delivery options, and order handling.
Using a seller account may require registration, verification and approval from Marah.
8. Wholesale between stores
Marah may support wholesale buying and selling between approved stores. Wholesale features are enabled according to the seller's eligibility, the platform's settings, and the required approval.
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of wholesale prices, quantities, availability, and order fulfilment.
9. User responsibilities
Users must not misuse the platform, provide incorrect information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of the platform, or use the service for any unlawful or harmful activity.
10. Platform availability
Marah aims to provide a smooth and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, delay or technical issues.
11. Changes to the services
Marah may update, modify, suspend or remove certain features, services, prices, policies or content as needed.
12. Limitation of liability
Marah is not responsible for the quality of a seller's products, preparation, delivery delays, stock availability, or incorrect information provided by the seller, except where the applicable laws require otherwise.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
