In every Saudi home, the cut of meat is never just meat — it's an experience, a meal, and a memory.
How Marah started
- Marah began with an observation that was both simple and deep: Saudi shoppers were looking for a source they could trust for quality, without the effort of hunting around and comparing prices.
- On the other side stood the local butcher and the trusted supplier — an excellent product, a limited market, and no clear way to reach a wider set of customers.
- That's where the idea of Marah was born: a digital bridge connecting both sides in one smooth, secure experience. We don't sell meat ourselves. We provide a platform that lets sellers grow, and gives customers the freedom to choose between the best local stores, with transparent prices and reliable delivery.

What is the Marah app?
Marah is a Saudi digital marketplace that brings specialist meat, poultry, seafood and more stores together in one place. Marah is an intermediary: the stores list and prepare the products, and Marah provides the place to choose, order and track.
How do I order from Marah?
Download the app and set your location, browse the stores serving your area, add products to your basket, choose delivery or pickup, and complete payment. You can then follow the order status in the app.
How do I pick the right store?
Every store in Marah shows its rating, delivery fee, preparation time, minimum order value, and whether it offers in-store pickup — so you can compare before you order.
What delivery and pickup options are there?
It depends on the store. Some stores deliver, some offer pickup from the branch, and some offer both. The available option appears on the store page before you place the order.
Which payment methods are available?
mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and instalments through tabby and tamara. Payments are handled by external payment providers, and Marah does not retain full card data.
How do I register my store on Marah?
Through the join page on this site. Registration is open to everyone and needs no invitation; each application goes through verification and approval before the store is activated on the platform.
How do I join as a delivery rider?
From the join page, choose “Delivery rider”. Have your national ID or residency permit, driving licence, and vehicle registration ready and valid before you start.
How do I contact support?
Through the contact form on this page, by calling 920018084, or by emailing info@marahapp.sa.
How do I delete my account?
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the support team, in line with the operational and regulatory requirements set out in the privacy policy.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Contact the store through the app first, or reach Marah support. Cancellation and return options depend on the order status, the store's confirmation and the product type, and may be limited for fresh products once preparation has begun.
